There is was again…

Silence…. Emptiness 

Not a single one who care…

Not family or friends.

Just the haunting empty silence…

I swear to evryone here and now… I’m sure y'all gunna think I’m kidding…. When my cats die…. I have nothing left to live for… The day they leave this world will be the last day I draw my final breath…

The landscape of America is and has always been changing since the day our forefathers came to this strange and magnificent land. Every president leaves HIS mark on the land for better or worse.

Washington was the first to hold the transcending seat of President over a united land. He was a military man, a man of will, and fortitude. The Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War. He, George Washington was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.

Thomas Jefferson was another of our founding fathers of this grand country. Jefferson, being the cardinal author of the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson was an independent thinker, a reader, historian and writer. An educated man who studied in Latin and philosophy. From a personal perspective, Jefferson would be confused and dumbfounded about what happened, to the country he engendered.

Abraham Lincoln the 16th President of the United States. He served as President from March 1861 until his assassination. At Fords Theater in April 1865 . Lincoln was president though one of the bloodiest times of American history. The Civil War.  This was to this point the greatest moral, constitutional, and political crisis . Yet with dignity and grace he saw us through this time. A man who had very little to no formal education, yet persevered and made himself better.

I can run through the presidents but this is not necessary, you understand where I am going with this.

Today we have a president in office who is changing the landscape of america with division. The Challenger Deep, the deepest point of the Mariana Trench is shallow compared to the rifts he has created do to his own hubris. The once great White House and for all it has stood for is now being laughed at behind its back. The chortling of dignitaries from other countries becomes louder with each passing day. Its as though we have whiplash due to the black and white thinking of an incognizant  president.  Through his malignancy and  incendiary words he uses against gender, race, or religion, in order to spark the hate and fear laying ignoble beneath the skin of like-minded  people.

Words have the power to heal or to destroy. The ever changing tone of a megalomaniac keeping a frenzied state of HIS people. He is a man with little to no respect for the office he holds, a man with a child like mind. A child with the power of  'codes’ that at his whim or if insulted could topple the world as we know it.  He has no true understanding of history, if he did he would not be repeating the mistakes of the past. Just look at Watergate. I need make no other comparisons. He is a man that stated “I love war” go to Youtube you will find the link. Gives praise and love to a country, than turns around and makes deals behind their backs.

He would like to take any power and any authority from woman if he could. He is threatened by the ability, influence and strength that woman have in the world. Fully proved by the reaction brought on by a well known female newscaster. Who of course handled it with grace and polish. Thank you.

I do no want to live in a  world where I have to wake on a daily basis wondering  if we are at war. Clicking on the news to see. Usually what I hear is he has insulted another of our allies or the media in some way. Calling attention intentionally or unintentionally to his own petard. I hang my head and wonder if our forefathers would recognize the once great nation they rose from nothing. The United States. The civil disobedience, and unrest would harken back to the days of Lincoln. He would be thunderstruck, that we as a whole have not moved beyond pettiness. Not remembering history is never to have learned, something our president has not grasped. We, are in a sad state of affairs today. The once great country that I was erstwhile proud to call my home is becoming dismantled with daily tweets, bullying, and counter intuitive words.
